Stacey & Christopher Tie The Knot At The Rachel D. Murrah Civic Center In Winter Park, Florida

Congratulations to Stacey & Christopher! Their May-Day Wedding went off without a hitch! It was a beautiful Florida day for an outdoor ceremony at the Rachel D. Murrah Civic Center, aka The Winter Park Civic Center with Rev. Paul McQueen officiating. The 6 bridesmaids wore knee length strapless burgundy dresses and the groomsmen looked dapper in their black tuxes. Stacey's dress was a beautiful strapless gown with a corset top, delicate beadwork and a long train. After the cocktail hour and our time with the couple taking photos outside the Civic Center, the guests entered the beautifully uplit room decorated in rich burgundy and gold. There were gorgeous candle centerpieces and frames with pictures from their Engagement session at Langford park that Jennyfer took a few months prior. Shannon from Big City Catering was overseeing the coordination and the serving of the delicious food including Chicken, Roasted Vegetables and Roast Beef. After dinner Bryan from Tagas Event and Production Services got the party rolling with several fun feature dances by the Bride and Groom! It was an entertaining, festive and fun night all around! At the end of the night the guests all blew bubbles at the newlywed couple as they hopped in the back of Stacey's uncles antique white convertible Cadilac, then they drove off into the moonlight!

Sandy & Diego's intimate wedding ceremony and reception was held at The White Room right on King Streen in Historic St. Augustine, Florida.  While the guests were enjoying cocktail hour on the balcony overlooking historic St. Augustine, Sandy, Diego and the wedding party took their formal wedding photographs on the rich dark wood stair case.  The night was filled with many touching moments from the toasts to the first dance to the final farewells and everything inbetween!  

It was a pleasure working with the staff at The White Room and  DJ Bill Jones of Pro Show DJ Service.

Keep Smiling - Even if your new hubby smears wedding cake all over your face :) !

This is one of my all time favorite photos, I show it at every client meeting as it gets a big reaction every time. Most of the time the bride's to be look at it and laugh, then immediately they point to their fiance and say 'Don't even think about it!!' The funny thing is, this photo, I'm sure, is one of the bride and grooms favorites as well...so she got a little cake on her face. It washed off in a few minutes, makeup was touched up, and in the end, she has one of the funnest wedding pictures around! I say just have fun, whether its getting a little cake on your face or nose or some little detail that didn't turn out 100% like you had hoped, go with it, have fun and keep smiling... this photo would be so different if the bride was scowling at her new hubby, don't you think? :)
